We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and/or subject to availability and supply on the day of your delivery. In this instance our florists will do their best to substitute the unavailable product with an item of similar quality and value, to complement the image on our website. This policy also applies to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested, and that the recipient receives the best possible blooms available on the day of delivery.
Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules. Should this be the case we will endeavour to advise you of the situation.
VIP Express Delivery: If you wish for Express Delivery please call us on (03) 5244 1771 and we will do our best to accommodate. VIP Express Delivery is for any orders that are needed to be delivered within a 2 hour delivery window.
